AUTI Group has been developing residential and commercial properties since 1996. Over three decades, we have helped 13,500+ families find a home.

Our track record includes 80+ completed projects and 46 completed joint ventures. AUTI Group also has 4 projects under construction and 12 projects underway.

For projects with unit counts listed, most have between 18 and 74 units. Shivaraje also includes 55 row houses. Some developments include multiple housing societies. For example, Renuka Nagari in Majrewadi, Solapur, includes 11 co-operative housing societies from CHS A to K, with 35 units each, giving a combined total of 385 units.

Co-operative Housing Society (CHS) Projects

A significant part of the completed portfolio consists of co-operative housing projects. Examples include Renuka Nagari in Solapur, Girna and Sagar in Junnar, Vishnukrupa in Daund and Bhigwan, Chintamani in Talegaon Dabhade, and Panchganga and Koyana in Hadapsar.

Joint Venture (JV) Projects

AUTI Group has completed 46 joint ventures. Laxman Heights CHS in Tamjainagar, Satara, is one example from the project listing and is shown as a 48-unit JV project.

Owned Projects
